Definizione
Jewish scout groups were established in Europe and Palestine between the wars to sponsor educational and social activities for Jewish youth. The educational activities were based on scouting methods (in Hebrew, (.)zofiyyut). Some scouting units were religious in orientation while others were Zionist. (en-US)
