Definizione
The Keren Hayesod organization was established at the London Zionist Conference in July 1920, as the financial office of the World Zionist Organization and as the fundraising office for WZO's activities in Palestine. The founders of Keren Hayesod included Chaim Weizmann and Vladimir Jabotinsky. After the establishment of Israel, Keren Hayesod funded emigration of Jews from the Soviet Union and Ethiopia. (en-US)
