Definizione

Massimo Mila (1910-1988) was a music historian and members of the Giustizia e Libertà antifascist movement in Turin, Italy, before the war. He was arrested in 1935 and sentenced to prison along with Leone Ginzburg and Carlo Levi. From 1943 to 1945 he was a member of the Brigate Giustizia e Libertà and participated in resistance activities. After the war he was a professor of music history. (en-US)
