Definizione

Post-liberation or postwar efforts to locate wartime perpetrators. Perpetrators are individuals who participated in the formation and/or implementation of persecution-related measures or programs of the Nazis and their allies. Additionally, bystander civilians who actively participated in the murder or torture of individuals targeted by the Nazis and their allies are also considered perpetrators. (en-US)
