Rumors of soap allegedly made from human fat and/or body parts (often reportedly marked with the letters "R.I.F." or "R.J.F.") Despite widespread reports, postwar investigations (including one conducted by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum) have uncovered no evidence that such soap was actually manufactured.
