Definizione

Used as a status term when interviewees discussed their experiences in a concentration camp for the period of time between its liberation and its dismantling by Allied forces, this includes the establishment of a DP camp on or near the former camp facility. Also applies to Theresienstadt in the immediate post-liberation period. (en-US)
